Hey, I’m Rushali Chaudhary.

I used to be just like you — struggling with PCOS, hormonal issues, weight gain, low energy, and even a slouched posture that affected my confidence.

Losing my father at 15 made me realize how deeply lifestyle impacts health. But I had no guidance.

So I fell into random diets, quick fixes, and all kinds of advice that simply never worked for my body.

So I decided to change that.

I reversed my PCOS, lost 10 kg, improved my posture, and rebuilt my confidence from the inside out.

What started as survival became my passion — so I dove deep into nutrition, hormones, lifestyle coaching, metabolic health, and women’s fitness.

I went on to earn 20+ National/International certifications to understand women’s bodies at the deepest level.

That journey taught me something powerful:

Most women don’t need another diet — they need someone who understands their real life, their emotions, and their body.

So I became the coach I wish I had.

Today, I help busy women and families build a healthy, balanced, sustainable lifestyle — not just for weight loss, but for better energy, better habits, better periods, better confidence, and better long-term health.
