Because of the nature of our services, we have a few important guidelines to ensure that both parties are clear on expectations regarding payments, refunds, and cancellations.

1. No Refunds, No Exceptions:

Once your payment is processed—whether in full or via installment—please note that it is non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of whether you complete the program or if the results you expect are achieved. The nature of our work means that once services are rendered, they cannot be reversed.

2. Personal Enrollment Only:

Your enrollment is unique to you. Our coaching programs are customized to your specific needs and cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstances. This ensures that the mentorship you receive is directly tailored to your goals.

3. Your Commitment Matters:

Our coaching programs are a collaborative effort. While we provide expert guidance, the results you achieve depend largely on your own commitment, consistency, and proactive participation. The more engaged you are in the process, the better the outcomes will be.

4. Tailored Services, No Returns:

The services we provide—customized coaching plans, one-on-one mentorship, and our time and expertise—are delivered digitally and cannot be "returned" once provided. These are personalized, intellectual properties that are created specifically for you, making refunds or exchanges impossible.

5. Cancellations and Transfers:

If you decide to discontinue your program at any point, you are welcome to do so. However, please understand that no refunds or transfers will be issued, regardless of when you choose to cancel. Your investment is in the value of the coaching, which is delivered in real-time, and once paid, it is final.
